Who: High school juniors & seniors who are cheer captains, co-captains, seniors or
aspiring college cheerleaders.
Morning Session: 8:30 AM -11:45 AM
Afternoon Session: 1:00 PM - 4:45 PM
Cost: $54
($50 + $4 fee)

Join us for LEAD & LAUNCH, a half-day interactive workshop designed specifically for high school cheerleaders looking to:

This workshop will blend on-the-mat leadership training with off-the-mat goal-setting to help you stand outas both a captain and a college-bound athlete

  • Captain’s Corner: Learn how to lead with confidence, resolve team conflict, and build squad unity—on and off the field.
  • College Cheer 101: Insider tips on recruiting, videos, tryouts, timelines, and building a standout cheer resume.
  • Coach’s Panel Q&A: Hear from former college cheerleaders and current coaches on what it takes to succeed at the next level.
  • Tryout Tips + Technique Session: Get hands-on feedback on jumps, chants, and sideline performance from trained instructors.
